Watch a veteran tree planter share their story

The late Guy Lacelle shares his personal story of why tree planting in British Columbia was an important part of his life.

In 2009, Guy tragically passed away while ice climbing. He always viewed tree planting as “his way to give back … something he could give to the world.” According to his partner Marge Lachecki, he viewed the trees he planted as “lives” and indeed his great legacy lives on.
