Skeetchestn Dodeca-Homes, a 100% First Nations-owned company offers innovative and customizable housing solutions.
Home kits are manufactured at Skeetchestn Band from a combination of pre-cut, predrilled timbers and structurally insulated panels (SIPs). The kits are suitable for packaging and shipment to other communities where they can be erected as housing modules that can be finished to lock-up within approximately 10-15 days by a properly trained 5 man crew using basic equipment (Zoom boom, Loader with Jib or a Hiab Truck).
Skeetchestn Dodeca-Homes practices culturally and ecologically sensitive forest management and believe in Community Business utilizing Community Resources with Community Team creating Community Opportunities.
