About Kruger Products
We manufacture Canada’s most popular tissue brands. Kruger Products’ history dates back to 1904 when Joseph Kruger founded Kruger Paper Company Limited in Montreal, Quebec. The company began as a wholesale paper distribution firm and gradually expanded its operations across Canada. In 1997, Kruger Inc. acquired the Canadian operations of Scott Paper, marking the start of its consumer tissue products business in Canada. This acquisition led to the launch of well-known brands such as Cashmere®, Purex®, and Scotties®. The company continued to grow through strategic acquisitions, including the establishment of a significant manufacturing presence in Memphis, Tennessee, in 2002. Today, Kruger Products is recognized as Canada’s leading manufacturer of quality tissue products, with a strong commitment to sustainability and community engagement.
We value and nurture an entrepreneurial spirit within our organization. As the company continues to grow and diversify its operations, we maintain a long-term outlook and remain open to new ideas and innovation. Our employees embody this philosophy through their dedication to excellence and their commitment to contributing to the company’s ongoing success.
Our organization operates like a family, and fostering a sense of belonging is central to our culture. We encourage teamwork and support employee initiatives that strengthen our collective achievements. We also recognize the value and contribution of every individual within our organization.
Commitment is at the core of everything we do. This includes offering employees a stimulating, healthy, and safe workplace. We are deeply committed to environmental responsibility and to maintaining meaningful relationships with the communities we serve.
Trust and integrity guide our business practices. By keeping our word and valuing trust above all else, we have built strong, lasting relationships with employees, customers, business partners, and the community. Trust is the foundation of every business relationship, and we focus on earning it by providing exceptional service, ensuring consistent product quality, and making it easy to do business with us. Our goal is to generate long-term value for every customer by creating solutions that support their success.
